The PresenTense Group believes in Doing Good by Doing Well, and the SocialStart Trainer Certification program is an example of that philosophy.

PresenTense SocialStart Trainers will 'do good' by sharing their skills with social innovators and nonprofit professionals who critically need access to digital tools and strategies.

PresenTense SocialStart Trainers will do well by being compensated for their services. In addition to the many training engagements the PresenTense Group can provide, PT Trainers are encouraged to use their certification to seek paying assignments of their own.

PresenTense will pay certified, non-organizational-affiliated Trainers $100 for each 3-hour fellowship session and $250 for each full-day seminar to an organization. It will cover all travel expenses for seminars taught on PresenTense’s behalf and will require only a 20% royalty on seminars taught by certified trainers not booked through PresenTense.
